Seeds of a variety of easy cultivation. The berries are between 11 and 17 cm long, the color goes from green to purple red when fully ripe. They have a sweet taste and a fundamental characteristic, a thin skin with a low water content that allows a quick drying. The pepper is consumed both green and red, raw or dried and reduced to powder.
