Seeds of a tropical variety, with African origins. Typical of South American and oriental cuisine, in Brazil it is called Quiabo. Its flowers have white or yellow petals, with a garnet centre. What is interesting about this plant, however, is the pod, which is then cooked as a vegetable. It is a chilli-like vegetable of those far and green, rich in nutritional properties. The plant develops a lot with a slightly stinging down.
