Seeds of a very old variety, native to France. The sowing takes place from the end of March to the end of Autumn and the harvest in spring or summer. Its fine, sweet taste is much loved by the chefs of the gourmet cuisine. The tuber has a characteristic yellow color, from which it also takes its name.
