Seeds of a variety of Calabrian origins, as it is evident from the name. The plant is very productive and prefers a cultivation in full sun, with regular but not abundant irrigation. Fruits are about 3 cm deep red when fully ripe. Variety widely used in spicy sauces and traditional Mediterranean dishes. Their spiciness is quite high.
