Seeds of a not very diffused variety but that can be cultivated also during the coldest periods. Celeriac is a variant of ribbed celery, of which the root is consumed rather than the leaves. In the first year from the cultivation will have a luxuriant development of the vegetation and more importantly the root will swell reaching the typical size of the cultivated variety.
