This variety of seeds is precocious, it can reach maturity in about 60 days. It is a light vegetable at the base, with dark green leaves. These seeds are ideal for cultivation in greenhouses but also in open field. Of the white kohlrabi you can eat the base of the stem, excellent for long cooking.
