This variety has Chinese origins. It doesn’t form heads but open tufts with white bottom. The leaves, expanding to the top, become greener and greener. Its nutritional value is high, rich in mineral salts, vitamins, proteins, etc. Thanks to its sweet and delicate taste, it can be eaten raw in salads or cooked.
