Seeds of a very productive variety. The leaves of this plant, abundant, resemble those of the olive tree, from which it also takes its name.The sowing takes place between August and November and it is ideal for cultivation in the open field. It is cultivated for the production of tender and tasty buds, formed by very small inflorescences, and by the underlying leaves. The tops have a bitter taste, particularly suitable for the preparation of tasty side dishes, after boiling or stewing.
