Seeds of a medium-late variety. This is a small vegetable, of which you eat the leaves and the most tender buds. The leaves are long, green and serrated. They have a particular taste, which is associated with aromatic flavors. It is known in Italy also as 'friarielli', these vegetables are ideal for sauces and stews but also eaten fresh as a side dish.
