Seeds of a variety widely used in Central America, where it is known by the name of "Hierba buena". Suitable for the preparation of the famous long drink Mojito, it is often used in combination with other herbs to prepare excellent tea infusions. The aroma has a typical green note, fresh and pungent. It is a perennial plant which blooms between June and September.
